Seeking a highly mobile, rapidly deployable, active vehicle barrier to best meet the needs of the 55th Wing. Product must be of high quality, provide a high level of portability and customizability while remaining very durable. Additionally, ease of cleaning, maintenance and repairs are highly desired. Contractor must provide a barrier certified in accordance with the performance standards in ASTM F2656-07, or previously tested to the U.S. Department of State SD-STD-02.01 standard, and that the appropriate test reports have been submitted to, and validated by, the Protective Design Center. Must also provide the barrier specifications and quote to be reviewed for acceptability.
