The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform UST testing as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Site visit will be conducted on 19 July 2022 at 10:00 AM at Offutt AFB for this requirement (Optional) Site visit location for meeting is located at Building 301D Entrance 3. After we meet at 10:00 AM we will be escorted to the requirement location. NOTE: If the Base Access EAL is not approved in time you can arrive 1 hour early to the visitor center outside of the Main Gate and be processed in for the Site Visit. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 27 July 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. Quotes shall be submitted by email to jacob.saunders.3@us.af.mil and melissa.hergenrader@us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time. Period of Performance begins 1 August 2022.
