The contractor shall provide internet services at the required speeds to the designated locations, which include 900 SAC Boulevard, Building 1000, Offutt AFB, NE 68113 and 6801 Pine Street, Omaha, NE 68106. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and services required to install and provide high-speed internet services to the designated buildings. Services shall include any equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to ensure the service provider’s service solution is compatible with the government’s current infrastructure without additional expense to the government. Internet speeds required: 1. 900 SAC Boulevard, Building 1000, Offutt AFB, NE 68113 – Speeds shall not be lower than 1 Gb download and 1 Gb upload. 2. 6801 Pine Street, Omaha, NE 68106 – Speeds shall not be lower than 1 Gb download and 1 Gb upload. The internet provided must also be a secure, wired network in order to safely host government documents such as aircraft and maintenance publications, Air Force regulations, etc. The Provider shall connect to government-provided power connection points and termination frames. The Provider shall provide and install transmission equipment and cables for local internet access and service circuits to the buildings.
