In 2019, Offutt AFB suffered a historic flood causing irreparable damage to 137 facilities. The damaged facilities were those housing critical capabilities for the execution and protection of nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3); and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions. Post-flood assessments determined the 1.2M square feet of workspace was not salvageable and requires demolition and rebuild. This requirement consists of providing Entry Control Point (ECP) support monitoring for the rebuild construction zone located on Offutt AFB during the demolition phase. This contract is contemplated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period performance of a 12-month base period and four 3-month options. This requirement shall be performed IAW the terms and conditions set forth in the 55th Wing Construction Entry Control Point Support Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 27 April 2021 and the contract.
