The scope of work is to replace the internal fill media of the west comfort cooling tower at B185 - Offutt Air Force Base, NE with a new, full, and complete set of fill media, as well as replace the four 6” spray supply valves and actuators on top of the tower. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing fill media from the tower, including any damaged portions of media. The contractor shall install a new and complete set of internal fill media into the tower cells. The contractor shall make any adjustments needed to the fill media supports to allow proper media installation. The contractor shall replace the four existing spray supply valves on top of the tower with new like-for-like valves and actuators or equal. See attachments for more information.
