The customer's choice is #31150, Tobacco, from the Shaw Industries, Inc. catalog. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 3: 26 Aug 21 The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions regarding details in the solicitation & to announce date/time for Site Visit. Please see attachment below for the questions. A Site Visit will be conducted on 31 Aug 21 at 1:30pm for contractors to have the oportunity to see the work space and ask questions. Interested parties are required to provide names, driver license numbers, and social security numbers to the contact listed below in order to gain access to the base after a backround check is conducted by base Security Forces. This is mandatory for base access, no exceptions or exemptions. Please arrive at the base visitor center by 12:45 pm to ensure timely access and base pass distribution. The rubber subflooring is only a requirement for inside the actual classrooms. This RFQ is issued in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Air Force Furnishings Commodity Council (AF FCC) Mandatory Carpet Program Tier I contracts: FA8057-17-C-0002/ FA8057-17-C-0005 (J+J Flooring Group/Shaw Inc./Mohawk Group/CMA Carpet Products). Wage Determination No. 2015-5005 Rev. 14, dated 21 July 2021 applies.
