The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and personnel necessary to perform a Gas Leak Detection Survey on approximately 100,000 linear feet (LF) of natural gas distribution systems at Offutt AFB, Nebraska (OAFB). The contractor shall identify, report and record all leak locations and perform work in a manner that complies with all federal, state, regional and local laws and regulations for leak detection surveys and reporting services. *A questions and answers document was attached on 6/15/2021. All offerors must acknowledge the questions and answers in their quote. *The questions and answers document was clarified on 6/15/2021 and is labeled V2. *This solicitation has been amended 1 time on 6/15/2021.
