The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove, dispose of, and install floor coverings and accessories as specified. The work occurs in 301D at Offutt AFB NE. Offutt AFB is located approximately ten miles south of downtown Omaha, Nebraska. It is the intent of the Government to award this contract without a site visit. However, if a site visit is requested by a majority of the interested contractors then the Government may reconsider. The measuements in the attached layout document are accurate. See the attached PWS for details.
