SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY: The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE is seeking potential sources capable of providing Liquid Medical Oxygen Delivery/Refill Service with Storage Tank Rental. The Government requires a minimum 900 gallon Liquid Oxygen Storage Vessel (tank) with 8 cylinder medical oxygen manifold systems. System must comply with all local, city, state, federal laws, and regulations in addition to NFPA 99 and ASSE Series 6000 requirements. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals, and is not in any way a commitment by the Government. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements identified above are invited to submit, in writing, information describing their capabilities. At a minimum, the capabilities packages shall include information regarding the company’s ability to meet this requirement, as stated below: Provide, deliver, and install the 900-gallon storage vessel and 8-cylinder manifold system, control and vaporization equipment to supply oxygen to the 55th Medical Group facilities. Ensure the system and location of the tank are in compliance with NFPA 99 and ASSE Series 6000 requirements. Maintain and repair the equipment as necessary for continuity of operations. Provide proof and maintain adequate insurance. Companies responding to this synopsis must reference the synopsis number and indicate whether they are a small business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325120. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. The information received because of this notice is solely for the purpose of market research. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. The anticipated award will result in a 5-year (base and four option years) Firm Fixed Price contract with performance beginning on 01 Oct 2020.
