The purpose of this requirement is to replace old steam and condensate pipes and associated equipment located near AHU-14 and AHU-10 in the lower level of B301. The pipes and equipment are old and in poor condition with existing leaks and extensive corrosion. Please see the Solicitation for full details. The existing condensate pump station has the following characteristics: A Sterlco duplex style condensate station, motor models P48K2EB&A1 rated at 208-230 V / 460 kw, ¾ hp, 3 ph, 60 Hz, 3450 rpm, with pumps rated at least 20 psi discharge, a receiver capacity near 25 gallons, and a rating per pump of at least 18 gpm. The existing pressure relief valve has the following characteristics: set to relieve at 35 psig, sized at flow of 3696 lbs/hr for pipe discharge to floor drain.
