This requirement is for the replacement of carpet in Building 288 (Fire Station) on Offutt AFB, NE. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove, dispose of, and install floor coverings and accessories as specified. The work occurs in Building 288, the Fire Station at Offutt AFB NE. Offutt AFB is located approximately ten miles south of downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Dates for Questions: Site Visit will be held on 29 June 2020 at 1000 CST (for any assistance with escort to the installation please e mail michael.roybal.1@us.af.mil) Please provide questions NLT 3 July 2020 Answers will be posted 5 days after questions are due (8 July 2020) (Q&A Posted 7 July 2020) NOTICE - Update has been made to Q&A that allows for all 4 vendors to be competitive on the madatory source listing. Due to this change an extension to the solicitation date has been granted to allow for time possibly update quotes. Please see attachements for further guidance.
