This contract seeks to continue obtaining essential engineering, research, and development capabilities from the National Strategic Research Institute (NSRI) at the University of Nebraska under a University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) (NSRI UARC) contract in support of USSTRATCOM (contract no. FA4600-18-D-9001). The required support is for global deterrence capabilities and synchronized Department of Defense (DoD) effects to combat adversary weapons of mass destruction worldwide and to decisively enable global kinetic and non-kinetic combat effects through the application and advocacy of the following: Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Command and Control (NC3).
