The scope of this project calls for renovating approximately 8,120 sf into a Command Post for the 55 Wing being constructed on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building. The space will be classified to Top Secret Collateral. The space shall include 6 inch raised flooring throughout with cable trays for telecommunication cables under floor. The space will include the command post area, crisis action team area, workout space, rest rooms, conference rooms, admin offices and equipment rooms. The project will reconfigure an existing communications room so the existing corridor can be rerouted around the project he newly constructed space. The project will include connection to an emergency HEMP protected generator. The space will have a dedicated AHU. Also the project includes work on the roof to install platforms for antennae mounting in two different areas. Platforms shall include power, grounding, lightning protection, and raceways from the platforms to the equipment room.
