No contracts will be awarded as a result of any communications between a business and the Government pertaining to this market research. A separate solicitation may be issued under a Request For Quote (RFQ). Any communication hereafter, as it pertains to market research, will not be used for evaluations of quotations provided under a separate RFQ. The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) has a need for appliance maintenance services supporting the USSTRATCOM Command and Control Facility (C2F). The USSTRATCOM C2F infrastructure includes approximately 264 commercial/consumer grade appliances that require routine preventive maintenance/sanitization services and periodic repairs due to normal fair wear and tear. C2F appliance maintenance services are planned as a 5-year contract with a base year followed by four (4) option years. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, management, transportation and equipment necessary to deliver periodic maintenance, repair, and sanitization services for commercial and consumer grade appliances that are distributed throughout various USSTRATCOM C2F administrative and common-use spaces.
