Amendment 2.1: Summary of Changes Period of performance corrected in Performance Work Statement. 1.5 Period of Performance: Duration 04 January 2022 through 30 March 2022 (85 calendar days). Amendment 2.10Summary of Changes: 1. Changed the name of the requirement from Rental Vehicles to Vehicle lease. 2. Added the following Provisions: IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 8.1104 (a) (a) The clause at 52.208-4, Vehicle Lease Payments. (b) The clause at 52.208-5, Condition of Leased Vehicles. (c) The clause at 52.208-6, Marking of Leased Vehicles. (d) 52.208-7, Tagging of Leased Vehicles, for vehicles leased over 60 days (see subpart B of 41 CFR part 102-34). 3. Added Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items (OCT 2014) – ADDENDUM (using 13.106) 4. The following statement was added to the Part 1.1 of the Performance Work Statement: Vehicles must be registered and follow all local and State of Nebraska rules, regulations, and laws. 5. The following statement was added to Part 1.1 of the Performance Work Statement: Contractor will be responsible for emergency repairs and services, and a replacement vehicle must be provided during this time. 6. The following statement was added to Part 1.1 of the Performance Work Statement: Both government and contractor employees must follow all State of Nebraska and local laws and regulations. 7. Part 1.6.7 Special Qualifications was amended to: Four door mid-size all-terrain motorized vehicles capable of holding a minimum of three passengers 8. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-01 (effective 06 Jan. 2021). No set-aside will be used for this procurement and Full and open Competition will be allowed for all responsible sources IAW FAR 6.101 (b). The NAICS code is 532111 Passenger Car Rental and Product/Service code: W023 Transportation and Logistics Services — Motor Vehicle. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be considered for award. All quotes are due to POC listed below by email no later than the due time of 0900hrs/09:00 AM CST on 23 December 2021. Contractor shall provide and deliver the following items that meet or exceed the following requirements: CLIN 0001- Two (2x) Multi Passenger Vehicles in accordance with the performance Work Statement. Vehicles must be an all-terrain vehicle capable of being used in construction areas. Vehicles must be capable of holding a minimum of 3 passengers. Vehicles must be registered and follow all State of Nebraska rules and regulations. Any routine vehicle maintenance required will be accomplished prior to contract award. Any routine vehicle maintenance required during performance can be accomplished as long as a replacement vehicle is provided. Vehicles will incur no more than 500 miles per month.
