THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER the Small Business (SB) Set-Aside of Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) IAW FAR 19.502-2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 (effective 26 October 2020). The NAICS code is 518210 and the small business size standard is $35,000,000. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated Ordering Period start date of 03 May 2021. Description of Product: This requirement consists of providing Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Credits to assist with their cloud migration. This contract is contemplated to be a FFP IDIQ with one 5-year ordering period. The price of the credits, to include any discounts will be fixed for the life of the contract. The attached approved brand name J&A directs contractors that the CSP credits shall be from Amazon Web Services. The Contractor shall ensure the cloud-based platform delivered will provide account management, including data usage notifications, and be compliant with all DoD and FedRAMP guidelines. This requirement shall be performed IAW the terms and conditions set forth in the Statement of Objective (SOO) and the contract.
