Salient Characteristics include: The company must be able to provide Cloud Service Provider (CSP) capabilities in regions designated for US Government only use and commercial. Those CSPs must have the capability to host Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). The company must be authorized to offer CSP capabilities in those US Government only regions up to IL 4. The company must be capable of providing payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly government operated accounts.
