Sources Sought The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting market research to determine interest and availability for a firm fixed price contract for the services set forth within the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice if for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals, and is not in any way a commitment by the Government. At a minimum, the capabilities packages shall include information regarding the offeror's ability to meet this requirement and qualifications. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements identified above are invited to submit, in writing, any questions or recommendations on the PWS. The applicable NAICS Code is 337215 with a SBA Size Standard 500 Employees. Responses and questions for this notice should be submitted electronically via email addressed to kristine.baldwin.2@us.af.mil. The solicitation will require offerors to submit firm fixed prices for a government-provided list of furniture items which will be evaluated as part of the source selection and included in the contract award as a pre-priced list. The proposed prices should include complete, fully burdened prices including but not limited to labor, materials, travel, profit, delivery, packaging, and installation. The intent of the Government is to order directly from the pre-priced list by issuing a task order or using a Government Purchase Card. No additional costs to the pre-priced list on contract will be allowed. An initial drafts parts list has been provided as part of this sources sought. The solicitation will also provide a sample task order where offerors will be required to outfit a vacant space shown in a drawing provided by the Government. The offeror will be required to propose a firm fixed price to outfit the vacant space. NOTE: The information received because of this notice is solely for the purposes of market research. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. This is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
