This acquisition will utilize the Tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented. The Government intends to award one single-award IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period plus a 6-month extension in accordance with FAR clauase 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services." This contract will have the capability for Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Cost Reimbursement, and Fixed Price-Incentive Firm line items.
