COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation RFQ FA4600-19-R-0001 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, dated 2 Jul 15. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561740 – Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services, with a size standard of $5.5M. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: USSTRATCOM Building 1000 Clean Up. The performance of this requirement will be at Building 1000 on Offutt AFB Nebraska. The work covered by this statement of work consists of returning the furniture, carpet and limited features of the architecture to a clean state, as the facility was furnished during the joint-occupancy period of the construction contract, meaning that furniture installation and construction were occurring at the same time under ‘one roof’. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS: This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 Wages under this contract are subject to the attached prevailing wages, Attachment 2 of solicitation number FA4600-19-R-0001. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted approximately 2 business days after all questions are in. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME: Offers are due 08 February 2019 at 1200 (12pm) CST. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
