Will the Government accept bids associated with NAICS codes other than 517311 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers)? If so, will you accept 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services), 541330 (Engineering Services), or 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services)? A1. No, the NAICS code for this requirement remains 517311 with a small business size standard of $27,500,000. Q2. Many of the subsections of Section 5 are not applicable to cloud services, is stating "not applicable" considered responsive? A2. Section 5 of the Statement of Objectives is not an evaluation factor. See Combined Synopsis-Solicitation document, per FAR 52.212-2, the following factors will be used to evaluate offers: a. Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (Technical acceptability will be based on a comparison to Amazon Web Service capabilities). b. Price per credit c. The objective of this effort is to obtain the full range of cloud support services to support the Pathfinder program. The Contractor shall provide the cloud service from a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and DOD SRG compliant cloud services. The contractor shall offer the full suite of cloud services, including any and all services, to the Government which in turn will be operationally configured by the Government. This requirement shall be performed IAW the terms and conditions set forth in the Statement of Objective and the contract. Reference Solicitation Number FA4600-19-Q-A016 on all correspondence.
