This Solicitation is open for requests for quotes (RFQ). The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt AFB is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide Emergency HVAC Services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code - 238220. The small business size standard is $15 Million. Product Service Code is J041. Services would include but is not limited to the following: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC related issues when requested by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer Representative. The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC). GPC payments shall be made IAW FAR 52.232-36. BPA's will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPA's the Government will consider; Price; Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. IAW FAR 52.204-7 interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) under NAICS code 238220. The registration can be made through System for Award Management Registration (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. The Contractor will not receive a BPA until these registrations are complete.
