THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is the official solicitation synopsis for the Repair Quarters 13 contract at Offutt AFB, NE. A solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) on or around 31 July 2024. Bids will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation is posted. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220 and the size standard is $45M. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2PZ. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The contract performance period will be 300 calendar days. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The proposed solicitation number is FA460024B0001. Notice to Offeror(s): IAW FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. DESCRIPTION This requirement is for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair the interior and exterior of Quarters 13, a historical brick and limestone structure on Offutt AFB, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a 100% designed project. All drawings and specifications will be provided as attachments and incorporated into the contract award. The period of performance will be 300 calendar days. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Please reference “FA460024B0001, Repair Quarters 13” on all correspondence. All contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV before a contract can be awarded.
