This presolicitation notice is for weekly Level 2 cleaning services of Building 1085 at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, with further requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement. The anticipated RFQ will be directly solicited to interested vendors under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul simplified procedures, with an anticipated issue date approximately 10 days after this notice. Full and open competition is expected, with no set-aside, under NAICS 561720 and PSC S201. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds are available; the Government may cancel the solicitation without reimbursement.
