This is an informational notice of intent to award, not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation document exists. The commercial purchase will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures under PSC 2995 and NAICS 336413. Interested parties that believe they can meet the requirement may submit written comprehensive capability documentation in accordance with the attached salient characteristics.
