This opportunity is for the delivery of a modular fluid storage and dispensing system designed to hold four 120-gallon aluminized steel tanks (three for oil, one for coolant) within a 12’W x 9’D x 10’H footprint, operating entirely on facility compressed air. The system must include two pneumatic pumps (one AODD for coolant, one gear/piston for oil), an oil selector manifold with isolation ball valves, two 50-foot hose reels, and a mandatory purge/flush line for the oil system. Independent 10-micron inline filters with isolation valves are required for both oil and coolant lines. Safety features must include color-change desiccant breathers, isolated sight gauges, drip pans, and a spill containment pallet holding at least 130 gallons.
