This requirement is to purchase 456 mattresses and 912 protective encasements, and to pick up and dispose of old mattresses from 15 missile alert facilities around Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. All contract performance, including delivery and old mattress pickup, must be completed within 120 days after receipt of order. The work is to be performed at the specified facilities surrounding Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. Detailed specifications and logistics are in the attached Statement of Work.
