The 5th Civil Engineer Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota has identified a need for inspection, repair, and maintenance on each of its four active vehicle barrier (AVB) systems. This requirement includes quarterly preventative maintenance, routine and emergency service calls, and over/above repairs that will be separately priced. Work areas include the North, Main, and South gates, and the Weapons Storage Area (WSA). Preventative and routine work will generally be accomplished on the weekends or after normal duty hours. A security clearance is not required for contractor personnel; however, Entry Authorization List (EAL) requirements must be met as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section 9.10.1. This requirement is considered mission essential. A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for 18 July 2024 at 9:00am CDT. Contractors interested in attending the site visit must follow the instructions in Attachment 7 - Site Visit Instructions and submit Entry Authorization List information by 11:00am CDT on 08 July 2024. All questions in response to this solicitation must be emailed to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed in the Combo no later than 11:00am CDT on 22 July 2024.
