Pending release of the Statement of Work Specifications and Drawings, a brief overview is to install 2 communication towers on the Bldg 475 third story roof with guy wires, 2 weather head and roof penetrations, ground cables with conduit inside the building, a ground rod drove into the earth beside the building and connection to the existing ground bar. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237130 (Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction). The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the System for Award Management (SAM) website https://sam.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office.
