The Contractor to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) armored single mode fiber optic cable (FOC) to upgrade and enhance the fiber optic cable connectivity between Information Transfer Building (ITB) 870 to ITB 744, ITB 744 to Bldg 1085, ITB 475 to Bldg 168, ITB 121 to Bldg 131, ITB 121 to Bldgs 164, 165 & 168, Bldg 420 to Bldg 599 and Bldg 688, (ITB) 546 to (ITB) 475, ITB 870 to B1034 (Tower) and connectivity between ITB 744 to B1034 (Tower) at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The Contracting Officer plans to fulfill this requirement with a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which is not subject to any further price adjustment based on the contractor's actual cost experience in contract performance.
