The contractor shall install and conduct annual repair or Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) of software controlling the Entry Control System for the secure areas within the Missile Headquarters Building, Missile Operations Building, and the Missile Wing Vehicle Barn. This requires the contractor to have full access to the proprietary software rights of the system installed. These service actions will ensure the capability to maintain, sustain, and make changes to the database and all components of the data within the Entry Control System and the installed software. This is a request for one (1) year of preventative maintenance with four (4) option years. As of 17 Feb 2022, (7:53 AM Central Standard Time) this solicitation is extended to give the subject matter experts at Minot AFB more time to answer questions recieved about this requirement from interested parties.
