The contractor shall install bracing and flip orientation of the existing aluminum gate slide to the North side of the fence and travel to the West to be closest to the guard shack Building 1011. Contractor will add an HSLG industrial slide gate or suitable horsepower electric gate operator with cold weather package, two mounting post, one drive chain, two 4’ tall safety bump edges, two loop wire kits sensor for button and key free entrance and exit from both sides of the fence. Additionally, a manual tool free override lever or mechanism highly visible and labeled as seen from the roadway will be installed on both sides of the fence to ensure during times of no electrical power non-skilled personnel traveling either direction will be able to disengage the motor and manually without tools and slide open and close the gate to access the area. Finally, a mechanical locking mechanism (example lock, latch, bolt, padlock able) shall be installed for elevated force protection levels.
