The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) armored single mode fiber optic cable (FOC) to upgrade and enhance the fiber optic cable connectivity between Information Transfer Building (ITB) 121 to Building 130 (Dorm) at Minot AFB, North Dakota.
