The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOO for the furnish, install and test (EFI&T) armored single mode fiber optic cable (FOC) to upgrade the fiber optic cable connectivity between Information Transfer Buildings (ITB) 870 to Edge Buildings (EB) 679 and 680 at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The Contracting Officer plans to fulfill this requirement with a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract,which is not subject to any further price adjustment based on the contractor’s actual cost experience in contract performance.
