An optional site visit has been scheduled for 11:00 A.M CDT 30 June 2020. In an effort to keep the group as small as possible due to coronavirus concerns, each company is limited to one representative for the site visit and all participants must wear a mask during the Site Visit. Participants will meet at Bldg. 165, 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB, ND for the purpose of reviewing the work site and submitting questions regarding this solicitation. For those interested parties that do not have base passes, you must arrive at the Visitors Center (located at the main gate) no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the site visit. This will allow time to obtain a temporary pass from the Visitors Center before entering the installation. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction); the Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the last three years.
