As such, the following adjustments have been made to the Combo and the Statement of Work: CLIN 0002 - Replacing of flooring tile, has been removed from the combo FAR 52.222-6 Construction Wage Rate Requirements, has been removed from the combo Attachment II - DB Wage Determination, has been removed from the combo 52.222-41. Service Contract Labor Standards, has been added to the combo Attachment II - SCA Wage Determination, has been added to the combo Attachment I - Statement of Work, has been updated to remove all requirements associated with the replacement of flooring tile. The latest revision is dated 6 August 2020 The response due date has been extended to 10 August 2020 ***Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
