The Contractor shall procure and install three (3) R&M SX4 041 series Hoists in compliance with Certification Requirement Plan NWC201905001 in building 1134 of Minot AFB. The Contractor shall also procure and install three (3) R&M SX4 041 bottom blocks (see attachment 2). The hoist must be modified to navigate a 4 foot radius turn. Installation shall consist of full physical hookup of mechanical and electrical systems, inspection, validation, and testing of installed equipment with simulated loads meeting manufacturer’s specifications.
