The contra... Project Title: Emergency Fast Operation (EFO) Buttons Project Title: EFO Buttons 1) Acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 2.) Magnitude of this solicitation is less than $25,000.00. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, testing, validation and other incidentals necessary to install Emergency Fast Operation Buttons at all gatehouses under the control of Minot Air Force Base (MAFB), North Dakota. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. Any Government Reused Equipment (GRE) is identified in section 2.2.1. Since this is an operational facility, contractor must plan work sequences to ensure the amount of downtime is limited. All work will need to be coordinated with the Security Forces POC to properly coordinate scheduled work times.
