The 5th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) intends to operate the equipment to haul and transport the asphalt to and from the plant to Minot AFB. The asphalt batch plant location must be within approximately 20 miles of the Minot AFB due to the Government transporting the asphalt. The plant must be able to support 275 ton of asphalt per day. The asphalt would need to be batched and available for pick up by 5 CES on July 23 and July 25, 2024. Dates may need to shift if weather delays occur at no cost to the Government. Batch Plant must be capable of providing a continuous supply of asphalt to support up to six 15-Ton dump trucks staggered 30 minutes apart. See attached Salient Characterizes and Asphalt Spec sheet.
