This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333310 and the Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. See attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for quote submittal instructions. This requirement is for replacement of the dishwasher and water softening system at the Dakota Inn Dining Facility at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Work will include removing and disposing of the current dishwasher and water softening system, installing a new dishwasher and water softening system, as well as disconnecting, removing, replacing, and reconnecting the existing conveyor system to the new dishwasher. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This is a Brand Name requirement as detailed in the attached Brand Name Justification. New equipment must be the same brand and model (or current version) in order to ensure compatibility with existing utility connections. Existing Dishwasher: HOBART Model CLPS86EN Existing Water Softener: Hobart WS80 Water Softening System A site visit will be held on Monday, 24 June 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. All requests for base access to attend the site visit must be sent to tyran.cooper@us.af.mil AND sherra.miller@us.af.mil. Requests must include full name and represented company. All personnel requesting access to MAFB must possess a valid state or government picture ID card. Individuals presenting ID cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or ID cards issued by federal, state, or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Participants for the site visit will meet at the Dakota Inn Dining Facility, 213 Tanker Trail, Minot AFB, North Dakota.
