The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for Propane Air Mixing Plant (PAMP) Maintenance services at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The contractor shall maintain all facilities, grounds, equipment, and appurtenances associated with operation of the PAMP. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards which will be outlined in the posting of the forthcoming Performance Work Statement. A Firm-Fixed Price Performance-Based contract will result from this posting, with period of performance to commence on or about 1 February 2022 (subject to the availability of funds). The performance period of this contract shall consist of a base year with 4 option years. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This proposed contract is being solicited under full and open competition procedures, with no small business set-aside restrictions. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 237120. The small business size standard for NAICS 237120 is $39.5M. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 01 November 2021, via the Governmentwide Point of Entry web page at https://beta.sam.gov/content/opportunities. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
