The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to provide and deliver 150 skid mounted portable latrines to be placed on the Launch Facility (LF) sites located throughout the Minot AFB missile complex. Latrines will be used by 91 MW personnel performing duties at the LFs. Latrines will be locked to ensure only authorized use and to mitigate possible security risks. Units are required to be serviced at a minimum of once per month at each of the LFs. The contractor will contact the Missile Alert Facility (MAF) responsible for the LF to coordinate/announce presence prior to servicing toilets. Questions may be submitted to the points of contact above, as well as the Contracting Officer, no later than 10:00A.M. CT, 1 September 2022. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.
