To be provided IAW the 'Characteristics and Specifications' and 'Contents List' documents--see attachments 1 and 2 respectively. Amendment 1 - Attach Q & A, and extend the bid due date from the 11th FEB to 17th FEB. Amendment 2 - Additional extension of due date due to technical issues regarding the receipt of quotations (see attachment MFR- 2nd Extension for details).
