Pursuant to the Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 2, the Contractor will test and maintain a turnkey Command Post Communication Console System for the 5th Bomb Wing Command Post (5 BW/CP) at Minot A... Pursuant to the Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment 2, the Contractor will test and maintain a turnkey Command Post Communication Console System for the 5th Bomb Wing Command Post (5 BW/CP) at Minot AFB, ND. The resultant award will consist of a 12-month service contract for the existing HiPath Dispatch communications system. The current HiPath 4000 system was updated in 2012 and cannot be refreshed due to aging technology. The Windows 7 operating system is outdated and no longer supported by the vendor. The contractor will respond to requests for service within 48 hours of initial contact. Maintenance and repair service may be performed remotely and onsite as needed. Replacement parts may be provided by mail.
