Work includes, but is not limited to, installing ceramic tile, cove base, patching floor, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation of flooring materials. The cove base is government furnished, all other flooring material will be contractor furnished. The required work will be in Building 547 on Minot AFB. Work is to be completed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, specifications, and all federal, state, local, and base regulations.
