The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with these specifications. Work includes removing flooring, installing vinyl plank flooring, cove base, patching floor, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation or replacement of flooring materials. All flooring and material will be contractor furnished. The required work will be in Building 146 on Minot AFB.
