The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all work in accordance with these specifications. Work includes removing carpet and installing carpet tile, cove base, patching floor, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation or replacement of flooring materials. The carpet tile will be government furnished. The required work will be in Building 870 on Minot AFB. This general outline of work does not, in any way, limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work as specified herein. For additional information, please see the attachments.
