This notice serves to provide notification for the upcoming solicitation for non-personal services: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and transportation to and from job site to repair, replace, and construct asphalt and concrete pavements for a Multiple Award Paving IDIQ in accordance with the project Statement of Work. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 (Highway, Street and Bridge Construction); the Business Size Standard is $36,500,000.00 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited under full and open competition with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract in which award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.101-1, to the offeror(s) whose evaluated offer/proposal represents the best value to the Government. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is at least 15 days after issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Notice to Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for any future award.
