As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: 1. Questions may be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 06 May 2019. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered. 2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than the established deadline. Quotes must use the CLIN structure provided above. 3. Quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 2019. 4. All price quotations must be submit a corresponding data sheet, informing the Contracting Officer of the items the offeror intends to furnish. 5. Complete the below contractor identification information. FAR Provision 52.212-2 - Evaluation - Commercial Items. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addedum is provided for this acquisition and hereby amends any language therein: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY - An offeror's quotation will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. An offeror's quotation will be considered technically acceptable if it meets the requirements listed on Attachment I - Specifications sheet Quotations that do not meet these requirements will be considered unacceptable and therefore under the evaluation process will not be considered for award. PRICE - price will be evaluated on a comparative basis amongst all received quotations and the Government's estimate. Technical capability is of equal importance when compared to price.
