This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 238330 The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $15 Million Requirement Information Description: Work includes installing and or replacing: carpet tile, ceramic tile, cove base, patching floor, and providing labor to remedy unusual requirements related to the installation or replacement of flooring materials. The contractor shall remove existing cove base, flooring material and install new flooring IAW the Statement of Work. See attachment 1 - Specifications for the Statement of Work, for details. Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: F.O.B. Destination; Minot AFB, ND 58705 (exact customer address will be provided in the resulting contract).
